Head of IT & Business Development at Hemfrid / Co-founder at Coody

With nearly 20 years of software development experience, both in agency environments and as a consultant, I’ve launched video streaming services at Viaplay, worked with UX/UI development at Klarna, and established a consulting office for Netlight in Berlin — growing it to over 20 people. In recent years, I’ve taken the next step — from developer and consultant to leader of technical organizations.

I have led a development team at Soundtrack Your Brand, held an operational and strategic role as Head of IT at Mathem overseeing all customer touchpoints, and co-founded the consulting company Coody — growing it from an idea to a team of 40+ employees. As Head of IT & Business Development at Hemfrid, I drive technical strategy, team development, and delivery of business-critical services with a focus on continuous improvement, scalability, and quality.

In my current role, I oversee the company’s IT strategy, security, and compliance, ensuring that our digital infrastructure and development efforts support long-term business goals. I focus on creating structure and governance that enable efficient delivery and innovation across all digital touchpoints. A key part of my work involves building AI competence internally and establishing processes that make AI-driven initiatives a natural part of everyday development and decision-making. Together with the management team, I align our technology roadmap with the KEYTO Group’s overarching strategy, ensuring that technology remains a core enabler of both business growth and operational excellence.

Today, my work spans strategic IT leadership, digital transformation, and innovation management. I drive initiatives that strengthen our ability to deliver reliable, data-driven solutions — from automation and infrastructure modernization to the adoption of AI tools and platforms. My goal is to create an environment where technology and business move in sync, supporting both customer value and internal efficiency. I’m passionate about fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement, accountability, and curiosity, making sure our digital capabilities evolve in step with the company’s ambitions.

Spending time with them gives me a lot of time outdoors. It has also taught me a lot about leadership, the discipline of patience, and no less made sure that communication - clear and simple - is important in any situation. They are also a lot of fun - goofy and eager to learn :-) And for those rainy or snowy nights when no one wants to go out, I game a lot - PC gaming mostly.
